This hotel has another building that is old worn and exposed, but they use the nice building picture to lure people. It is deceiving and misleading.

Our stay was okay, the beds were very comfortable and the service was nice. Our tv was very glitchy and stopped working entirely. Our toilet also stopped flushing correctly. When we first got there there were only 2 towels for 4 people so we had to request more at the desk.

When I checked in the sweet, we're supposed to have a couch.They did not have one. I had to buy an air mattress to put in the extra room. Also, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I left the assistant manager. No, so that I would not be charged for it as soon as I got into the room. In which I do not smoke cigarettes. Then yeah, harassed on my way walking outside to vape. I thought I left a card in the room called customer service. No one picked up or answered, as I was driving to the hotel to check for my card. They charged a hundred dollar charge and then another hundred and fifty on my card stating my dog left a mess.Mind you, I do not own a dog. So the assistant manager continue to tell me. I did have a dog, then. The other employee realized it was the room across the hall for me that had the dog. Complete scammers that work at this hotel

Our stay was awful. The first room had a dirty unmade bed and literal mold on the walls. I asked for a new room and that one was larger but not much nicer. My face broke out from the pillows and there were silverfish in the bathroom. Our shower also had mold and was not tall enough for my friend

While the gentleman who checked us in the first night was very helpful and kind- and the room and community areas were likely as clean as possible- the room was in such a state of disrepair and the staff was truly struggling. When I asked for a room refresh and more towels it was not done and when I went down to ask for more towels I was told to bring down our dirty towels to the lobby to exchange them for clean. And when so did that there were still no washcloths. We saw one roach in the bathroom. Most of this is the result of the building clearly being quite old. I was a bit embarrassed as I had stayed at several La Quinta properties in the past and found them very clean modern and well kept- which is why I booked this visit at La Quinta without reservation. It seems like corporate must have forgotten about this location. The staff appeared to be doing their best but DEFINITELY need support in maintaining this property to acceptable standards.

There were several things that were broken in the room, it wasn't totally clean, and the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. But that's not the fault of the employees. It's the fault of the company, who should pay their employees more and invest in the customers experience and not just profits
