"No hot water in the showers. We understood they are cabins, not hotel rooms, so we expected that. We got the ensuite King size bed room for 1 night. The room was comfortable, bed comfortable, a charming cabin with an outdoor lovely deck with chairs and a table. The room has a partial view of the lagoon and very convenient, as the tours leave from it's own deck.
The toilet was dirty, with marks around the toilet seat and loose, and the fact that there was no hot water was strange and inconvenient.
Very quiet at night, which we loved.
The staff was amazing. The restaurant had good food and also great service.
Nevertheless, we had a lovely time but booked another hotel for the following night for comfort."
