"staff is outstanding. Special thanks to Antonio and Alex. They know the area very well and accommodated requests quickly and professionally. Cleaning staff also excellent. Breakfast is very good, and Anna helped me with my Italian as she did last time we stayed. Ground floor rooms pick up lobby noise and conversations but upper floor rooms are quiet and well appointed.
Y only suggestion, and it is minor, is that more that 2 coffee pods be provided per night per room. More were provided upon request. I will definitely stay here again, and again."
