Check-in time was really slow, which was tough after being in the car all day. The hotel in general was really loud which I understand is not their fault. The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Very clean room only complaint waa room had no full length mirror and the heater/air conditioner in the vedroom was bloweing out little black particles of dirt onto the bed when the fan kicked on. Otherwise room was very clean staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very good wide variety of breakfast foods offered.

The lady at the check in was nice…however the room was not. Several “normal things were missing, one of which I actually paid for. I would like some reimbursement for the sofa bed I paid to use. There was no mattress or cot in it when it was unfolded. It couldn’t be slept on. I paid extra for that accommodation. It I would have known this I would have purchased a standard room for much less money

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the pool was shut down. When I was looking for a hotel the only filter I put was a pool and I couldn't use the pool at the hotel. Other than that everything was great.

Staff was great, especially Andrew from maintenance. We had a problem with the toilet and once it was determined it would take some time to repair, he went to the front desk and got us a new room. Location was good for our stay.
