Great room …. Maybe the best I have stayed in…. The room and the building overall is showing wear and tear…. As we were starting our last evening the elevators malfunctioned. Room service choices were pretty limited and the phone didn’t always get answered….. once we never received our order but a guy did come to the door with another room’s order…. Front gate security was senseless and unnecessarily slow…. I told the gatekeeper that my name was Philip Calderon and he looked for that name on the list. Hotel has some great bones but the staff is really mismanaged. Food was ok pool was nice….. took me 35 minutes to order a beer and there appears to me that they are not under staffed…..overall pretty frustrating to be at such a nice place for the staff to be killing the good vibes

It's such a little thing, but I missed several elevator rides because there is no chime when the car doors open in front of you. If you're not paying close attention (like me) you will miss the opportunity to get on. Besides that little inconvenience, everything was wonderful. The entire staff was so attentive!

Bartenders are awesome. Even with a vague request—‘something fresh, not too sweet, tequila-based’—they’ll create the perfect cocktail. Plus, their hospitality is amazing. My friend even got a sweet little birthday surprise.

The service was very well, but I wasn’t pleased with the hotel. It was supposed to be a a four star hotel, I believe and when I got there, I didn’t see that it looked very old. The furniture was not clean a lot of stains everywhere from the entrance to the restaurant to the outside cabanas to the room as well. I was not pleased with that at all and it’s an all-inclusive an adult hotel so why were the pool is closing at 6 o’clock in the evening that made no sense to me
