We got bit by bed bugs and tried contacting the hotel management for a refund and keep getting the run around and passed around been back almost a week and still no resolution! We have been itching and fumigating our homes in hopes we did not bring any home!

There’s nothing not to like. Resort is fun. I only wish they had a lounge that serves drinks and where you can socialize other than the club after 11pm. The area by the pool table would be a great second option to the club.

This was definitely not what we signed up for. Very disappointing for a Hyatt owned property and price point. Limited housekeeping staff, property conditions were subpar, paid upgrades were irrelevant, no benefit to being part of the ‘xhale club’, swim out suite leads to no where, and pools/hot tubs close at 8pm (at an all adults resort). #neveragain #Riunexttime

I liked the overall ambience and cleanliness. Restaurants were also good. My favourite one was Spoon for breakfast and lunch & Pan-Asian where I went three times for dinner. The menu could be better for other restaurants. However, I think they should have bigger pools and there should be some kind of shade specially for the people visiting during summer season.
