The staff was helpful and friendly . However I was on the ground floor overlooking the drop off zone and it was very loud until 4 am with people coming and going and standing right outside the window smoking .

Great location and wonderful property. The hotel is clean and very welcoming, there’s a lot to do in the area too

The room was OK. The staff was OK. My daughter and I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. I had deliberately booked this hotel so we can lounge in the hot tub, but that didn't happen.

Room- didn’t accommodate 3 adults as advertised; Hilton didn’t remedy the situation because the “reservation was made on a 3rd party platform” and said it was out of their hands. Will not use Hotels.com again.

The room was very nice. I’ve stayed here several times before. Employees were courteous. I felt safe. However I was in the shower when the light in the bathroom went off. I am older and was nervous about getting out in the dark with a wet floor. I have never had that happen before.
