"Disappointing experience with room maintenance. The shower drain was clogged and 'backfiring,' and the Jacuzzi jets were dirty upon arrival. Even after maintenance attempted a fix, the drain left a terrible smell throughout the bathroom. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and repair."
