There was no hot water in the hotel. I couldn't take a shower or even wash my hands with freezing water. The temperature outside was -17 degrees, and there had been no hot water for two days. I'm expecting remuneration for the service I received.

We stayed here with our family in 3 rooms over Christmas. We did not have hot water at all from the time we arrived. We had 3 days of cold showers. The staff was dismissive and ignored phone calls from both guests and Expedia. When Expedia finally got through, they denied any type of refund. They moved us all up to the 6th floor from the 3rd. We still had no hot water. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

1 star for the lovely lady serving breakfast on Christmas Day. 1 star for the fitness room, fun swimming pool, and providing taxi service when no airport shuttle driver was available. Otherwise VERY POORLY MANAGED facility. Many of the rooms did not have hot water (showers) over the Dec 23-25 span. They moved us twice to different rooms for a functional hot shower. Yet they were still checking-in new guests without telling them their hot shower might not work. By Dec 25, there was a constant lineup of guests at the front desk complaining about this issue. The manager refused to come in to support their front desk staff who were helpless in providing refunds from 3rd party bookings, and they ran out of extra rooms for moving guests around. This is a cheap hotel for a reason: do not expect great customer service if anything goes wrong. Other annoyances: giving our room 2 towels + 1 face cloth when our booking was for 4 people, dirty pool deck obviously not cleaned or scrubbed for couple of days, no restaurants within walking distance.

It’s Christmas night, we have no hot water in our room. We request to change to the room that has hot water, the staff refused to do so saying it’s full for the evening. We were all tired after a long day of traveling and can’t even have a warm shower and need to brush our teeth with ice cold water. Very frustrated. Furthermore, I have two big boys, and asked for an extra set of beddings. Then staff gave us only two bed cover sheets and a very thin blanket (thinner that a bath towel). Very disappointing. I will definitely avoid this hotel.

We had our flight cancelled, and just booked this location since we'd stayed with this hotel chain in the past in other cities. From the time we checked in, the staff was very friendly even though the hotel had a lot of people with cancelled flights to accomodate. The rooms was clean and big and even though the airport is 5 mins away, you couldnt hear a single flight. Aside from 3 other hotels beside this hotel, there isnt much around that is walking distance.The breakfast was suprisingly great...from pancake, to omelette, hashbrowns to sausages, they have it all. Overall, what ended up being a frustrated couple days due to flight canxelations, the experience at this hotel was probably the best thing.
