Concierge's French wasn't perfect, chandelier wasn't real crystal and the complimentary champagne wasn't properly chilled. It's an airport hotel!
I booked this hotel because it said it had airport shuttle. Only it has very limited times (yes it said that but in very tiny print) so we had to pay to get to the hotel. Our room wasn’t ready so I decided to do laundry. The washer kept eating my money so I had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get it to work. We were going to eat dinner at the hotel. The dining room is closed on Sunday. I tried to use the business center and had to get someone from the front desk to get the computer to work and she had to call IT for help. I tried to print one thing but the printer wasn’t working. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working either. Not impressed at all! However, the room was nice and it’s close to the airport. I would try somewhere else.

Everything was very nice. The only things I thought could be better were brighter lighting around one of the mirrors - maybe it was there and I missed it - and access online to the breakfast menu.
Clean and large room. Reasonable price. It will be perfect if provide breakfast.
