Yes the room was clean and nice. Bath tub was very SLOW to drain. One leg on the chair was short. Employees were great, friendly and help. Service on the beach was slow. Not enough waiters.

We had a good time at Pueblo Bonito Blanco resort. Great view from the room and decent room service. What really made it special and worth the cost was all-inclusive access to sister properties - Rose and Sunset Beach. The service was okay, staff seemed not too friendly to English speakers but very friendly to Spanish speakers. They appeared uninterested and inconvenienced when placing orders. I hope they can improve on their service. The beach was swimmable on most days but too many vendors blocking the view and trying to sell souvenirs at all times.

Had to mention 3 times for no warm water to shower before action was taken. Had to aak for shower towels 3 times before getting them. Never received VIP fruit from expedia asked 3 times never received. No room upgrade from VIP. Was charged the 90.00 credit from expedia after leaving resort. This was my 2nd time at this resort loved it 1st time but this time will have me look else where to go.

All inclusive 🤔 Disliked how everything we like seemed to be get the “that’s extra “ response. Went to the bar to grab a bottled water for both my husband and I and at first was only given one and was told that is the rule…. One at a time. Made a hissy fit, then was given another. Later to find out that the “rule” is actually two at a time. Thinking it’s time to get everyone on the same page.

The balcony had an amazing view, the outdoor pool was nice but the servers need to clean the beds. Lots of garbage and no one really cared to clean the beds once left, the beach view was nice but insured by the restaurant, the bars had good service but didn’t open until 11 and that’s checkout

Great property, great location right on the beach! The food was great at Cilantro, but the buffet was better at Rose which was a short walk around the corner. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The blanco has a small, antiquated gym, but you also have access to the very robust gym and spa at the Rose. The rooms were nice, but a little outdated. The room AC blew strong, cold air but was very loud. Overall great stay, I would come back.
