The Space:
Welcome to Villa Sidari, by Ronival is an exquisite retreat in the prestigious Santa Carmela community, just 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. This villa offers a harmonious blend of modern elegance, featuring four beautifully designed bedrooms—three with private bathrooms, including two with bathtubs—plus a separate casita, this spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults or 14 people if it's a mix of adults and kids, making it perfect for families and groups.

* Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am
* Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood
* All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in
* Any non registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration
* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

We would like to bring to your attention that there may be construction activities taking place during the day, regular times are 9 to 5 pm and 9:00 to 1 pm on Saturdays,

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book and through your stay for any question or reservation you may need.
Security staff is available on site 24 hour.
