Great property, but I was really disappointed with the front desk attendant at check in. She did not go over any of the amenities. She was polite and efficient, but when I asked her about breakfast the next morning, she told me the hours and then said (…it’s okay, you are traveling. It is easy to get confused.) I used to work the front desk/reservations for a upscale hotel in Seattle and it was imperative that we inform guests of all amenities (wifi, gym, food service, etc.) Perhaps she thought she was doing me a favor to be brief? But I don’t think she is properly promoting the company.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and the bedding was excellent. I did drop some water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with a white towel. The towel was pretty dirty when I was done
