We did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel because it was dirty, the carpets were stained, there was a layer of dust everywhere, had a foul smell and did not give us a feeling of confidence. We returned the door keys and went on our way, despite the fact that we would not be reimbursed.

It's a quaint hotel with nice rooms and an amazing staff. Certain things are out of date (heaters, toilets) but they still keep them running. The staff is awesome, friendly and responsive. I was there six days and always felt comfortable. The head desk clerk is quite a young lady, always with a smile and homemade cookies at the desk.

The carpet is very old, worn and dirty. The floor boards squeak and I can hear the same squeak from the room above me. The sink faucet water sprays unevenly, likely due to a plugged filter.

Very disappointed! Took 3 tries to get room key to work! Then, the 2nd of our 6 day stay our key did not work again! TV was terrible, after talking to front desk 3 times they blamed it on the weather and said sorry. Did not get room cleaned or serviced once during our 6 day stay. No place to hang any clothes!! The edge of the tub had a 4 inch break in the fiberglass.
