Staff were exceptional about letting our hockey team play in the work out room. They even supplied mini nets because they knew the kids would want to play somewhere. Nice dining area.

My stey was ruined as i was asked for a credit card on check in for incidentals. My stay was paid in in full by Expedia. My card charged $50 on check in and 3 days later has not been refunded. I tried to phone Marriott but could only talk to a person taking reservations Another # but couldn't reach anyone.

When I first went to check in, I was given a room on the first floor. It smelled so strongly like mildew. Immediately asked for a different room and I was given another. It was also on the first floor- still smelled like mildew but not as bad. I was tired and decided to deal with it. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were little black hairs all over the shower and red mildew on the bottom. The next morning I asked for a different room AGAIN. The front desk girl was so sweet and gave me an executive suite on the 4th floor. I was very happy with that room. It still had a very slight mildew smell but no where near as bad as the first floor rooms. It ended up being a decent stay but I wouldn’t go back. The breakfast was so-so. Nothing fancy. The front desk people were nice. The women at breakfast were very friendly.

All good with one exception. I was in a ground floor room and the exterior building lighting was so intense that it shone into the room below the fully drawn curtains and sun shade. I really like this hotel but I won’t stay in that room again.

For the most part, Your staff is so friendly and approachable. I did have an encounter with you morning staff on sunday OCt 5th. I was checking out and wanted to book another stay. I did not know my rewards, she did not offer to look it up and simply stated, "ill have to charge you regular rate" I was not pleased with this response and chose NOT to book with for my next stay. Very sad that your staff was so lazy as to not want to help.
