The motel smelled good when you walked in to register-maybe the smell of new carpet in the hallway. Our room was missing bedding for the sofa bed but not a big deal just had to go get it. The floors not perfectly clean but when they are not carpet, very difficult to hide dust, animal hair etc. 100% better than carpet for sure. The price was excellent for the suite we stayed in.
