The room was clean and the staff was courteous. I was suprised that although a bar and restaurant were on site, all closed at 8 pm. I wanted to take a dip, but it was 10 pm, and the pool was closed. In the morning, the pool didn't open until 10 am, and I had to leave before then. Also, the TV in the room didn't work, but it wasn't a problem enough that I wanted to talk to the desk and switch rooms. Lastly, there was a loud humming coming from the wall left of the door. I was too tired to figure out, and I did get to sleep, but a light sleeper in that room might have trouble with it.

Hot tub was out of order, and we were not notified ahead of time. The hot tub availability was a main reason we chose this hotel and would not have stayed here if we knew it was not operational. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.
