The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I'm not happy about is when we booked the hotel online, there was a promotion that said we'd get one free day of parking. However, when we got to the hotel, we were told there was no such promotion.

It’s a great location, you can walk to target, many restaurants and a grocery store.
Affordable room with a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out. Also located right next door to a lovely cannabis dispensary so we didn’t even have to drive to it!
Loved the king bed studio. Felt like a tiny little home. The AC was at my beck and call, which was choice.
The staff definitely helped in making the stay wonderful and easy.

I checked in on a frigidly cold evening and was told that I needed to go back outside to put a parking pass on my dash. Why couldn't they have just taken my plate number and spare me from going back out in 5 degree weather?

Stayed at this hotel several times over the past two months and had a great experience. But this time we were given a Handicapped room which we did not book. The room had a lot of handicapped features including a bench seat in bathtub shower which would obstruct half of the shower. We requested another room and we were told that they had no other rooms for the type we booked. They offered to remove handicapped shower bench but we did not feel comfortable. We were booked into another room a 1 bedroom which was an upgrade for an additional $50/per night I am not happy that we were not given the original non-handicapped room we have booked thru Orbitz. The Hotel staff was very gracious and apologetic but still not happy about additional cost.
