When we arrived a day later, room was used, we told front desk and didn't take our word so we had to follow him up and down again and assigned a new room but the floor and inner bed spread had stains of other human uses it was discusting.

Poor room service and costumer service.

Upon arriving the front desk was not very personable. The room appeared clean when you first walked in, but once inside the floors had not been swept, and there were dead bugs all over the bathroom. My sheets had several brown stains. Lastly, the noise level is absolutely astonishing. You could hear every single person in the entire building, some talking about drugs and others, watching tv with their doors open. You cannot sleep well in that place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Sadly, 10 min down the road for $10 more I could have stayed at a hotel that actually had something. Awful place to stay.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

We picked this place because it was the cheapest hotel we could find within a 40-minute train ride to Boston. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The doors to the rooms are thin and not sealed well so there was noise from the hallways, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for most of our stay which was a bummer. Bed was comfortable, TV worked great, there's a bus stop right across the street which is convenient, and some walkable restaurants and coffee shops.
