We picked this place because it was the cheapest hotel we could find within a 40-minute train ride to Boston. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The doors to the rooms are thin and not sealed well so there was noise from the hallways, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for most of our stay which was a bummer. Bed was comfortable, TV worked great, there's a bus stop right across the street which is convenient, and some walkable restaurants and coffee shops.
Don't stay there
The worst ever! Rude staff, dirty room, no amenities, the only thing nearby is the Dominos and even that was below average. No elevator to the basement and the handrail is broken! No handicap access and they didn’t even have a shower chair. Don’t waste your money.
It was very clean, and the staff were accommodating.
No vending machines . Rude and unhelpful staff. I do not recommend you stay here
Easy access I liked along with rates. Did not like the condition nor that I had to pay for water even though there was free breakfast.
Orbitz should take this off of its list. I would recommend that no family or traveler stay at this place. Trust me, I never feel moved to put a review down. This one I had to~ Don't do it~
This place is a dump. Had a rat hole in the wall. A total dump and waaay overpriced
This hotel was very very filthy and out dated. I will not stay again nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone
The bed was decent. We stayed here to be closer to hospital as I had surgery the next morning. We wanted to avoid traffic in the morning and give ourselves time to sleep. The room was clean. The bed was nice. The bathroom could use a bit of work. Could be regrouted as it was stained and some grout missing. For the most part, the room was serviceable but the bathroom took my marks down for it. We weren't there for the amenities just a place to stay for the night, so the lacking amenities were not a real factor.
This place is not kept very well, damage to walls, mold around bath run cocking, door barley locked, curtains were stained and barley hung up. Felt like we were staying at the worse motel in the area. The staff was not helpful nor pleasant. The only positive thing was the free Matrix shampoo and conditioner
There were continually slamming doors late at night.
Very pleasant and accommodating staff.. Good continental breakfast. .
This was a convenient hotel to stay at however there were a few things that weren't very great. The staff wasn't very friendly at all. When we checked in there was a clean and sanitized wrap on the toilet and it wasn't cleaned with stuff on the toilet seat. Our main door you had to put your whole body weight into just to open it. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close or lock. We found bugs in the bath tub. They got our check out dates mixed up and we had to get that fixed. Other than sleeping well and being close to bus stops I wouldn't recommend staying there.
Hotel had a bad weird smell to it and the air conditioner was terrible. We left it on one afternoon for a couple hours, when we came back into the room, it was muggy and felt like the a.c was not working. There were spiders in our bathroom, dirty carpet and unfriendly workers.
The place is very old and loud, straddling two busy streets in a part of town with lots of auto repair shops. Ice machine down two flights of stairs.
the breakfast is simple but good. the distance between hotel and Harvrad is not long.
Toilet was so close to wall you could barely flush it. Room was ice cold and heater took while to warm.
Basic but convenient hotel in Watertown, MA. Very close to Watertown business district, Close to good local restaurants. Walking distance to Starbucks! Except perhaps in Winter under the snow, but it could be invigorating! Self help free breakfast small area. Good value for hotel prices in the area.

Hi, thank you for staying with us. Apologies if you found it rude that our staff had to repeatedly ask you to wear a mask while outside of your room in accordance with local regulations. This is something that was made clear at check in. This is for your protection as well as ours.
