Privacy ‘respected’

The hotel went into my room and began to clean it…but the privacy card was on the door and I had not checked out. Housekeeping removed the pillows from the bed and started stripping the beds. Then they stopped. When i returned to the room, it was obviously not as I left it. In addition to that icky feeling of having someone messing with your beds, the beds were not made up for sleep. The front desk failed to get me clean pillow cases and sheets that night. They have also failed at any attempt to make it right. Marriott used to be about having a good customer experience. They just are not worth the money. Good luck if you stay at this hotel. I won’t be spending any more money with Marriott.

We've stayed at this property multiple times - all pleasant experiences. The staff and services were wonderful as usual. This stay we did pay extra for a balcolny; however, we were in a room on the lower level positioned directly over the hvac system and roof top/gutter system of the outdoor tent. While we had a balcolny, we certainly did not have a view of any kind and almost preferred to not sit outside because we were starring at a giant white roof of the tent and dirty hvac system. In my opinion, this room should not have an extra charge for the balcony space.

Secure (gated), easy parking ($20 extra), extremely convenient location, nice staff, room felt smallish with two queen beds, no "free" coffee in the morning (I think this is an unfortunate trend for Marriott) with barista guarding what is offered gratis at Hilton, et al. $4.00 12 oz coffees no refills. Regardless, I recommend this property with 5 stars. But please give me free coffee!

You pay extra for parking. You pay extra for breakfast. They don't have complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room was small. The elevators and hallways are a little run down. The staff is very friendly though. Probably will avoid for future trips to the area.

Don’t bother if you want a room with a fridge

I was first placed on the 2nd floor and the room smelled musty, had a mini fridge that was set for 44 degrees. When I called the front desk, stating that 44 degrees was in the danger zone for food and I’m a breastfeeding mom who needs to put pumped milk in the fridge - I was informed they were beverage coolers and not meant for food. I confirmed that the website and hotels.com listing states refrigerators and not beverage coolers. As soon as I put my room temp breastmilk in the fridge - the temp rose to over 50. I had to go buy a cooler for my breastmilk. I got back to the hotel and the room was 77 and wouldn’t cool down. They moved me to another room on the 3rd floor. That one didn’t smell and the A/C worked, but I didn’t trust the refrigerator.
