We were on the first floor in a handicapped room that I did not request. Due to the accommodations, there was nowhere to put your items in the bathroom. The shower was large but hardly got hot water after running a few minutes. The worst part was the patio and door which was letting in frigid air. There was no weather stripping or door sweep/blocker. We rolled clothing up to stop the massive draft. I would have requested a room change if we weren’t there for just one night.

Room and hallway stunk. Room was bed plus 2 foot perimeter. One dresser drawer 6 inches from floor. Window didn’t open at all so only way to get air was to open patio door when outside temp was 25 degrees. Restaurant quinoa bowl was 1 tsp quinoa and rest kale. For $17. I left after 1 night

Ok place but very surprised with this upscale location this facility hasn’t been updated. Rooms and lobby all scream mid 90s at best. If you’re looking for five stars this place needs an upgrade. So it’s a 4. Things like tv was on an angle and I couldn’t move it so it has been that way for awhile. Agree the breakfast was good.

I reserved a king river side room and was put in a queen room, nothing was said about it upon check in or check out by the staff. When going to the pool there was a cockroach running around in the pool room as well. The included complementary breakfast as specified upon booking was false advertised as we did not recieve that either. Will never stay here again.
