this hotel room was a step above a more expensive hotel (at that time) next door. they both offer breakfast but this hotel has better breakfast with omlettes to order.

bedroom, and living area/kitchen were very clean and updated. Good wifi. Excellent bedding and towels. Convenient bathroom area with double sinks outside, then tub and toilet in separate room. We stayed late fall, but there is a nice clean outdoor pool w patio area that although this is a chain hotel verges on quaint. Also a small workout room w decent equipment. We have stayed before in Hyatt Place, which have a feng shui suite kind of design w wet bar, but without a kitchen area..more like Embassy Suites arrangement. This is our first stay at a Hyatt Place, but in contrast, it is really like a mini executive long term apartment feel, which we really liked! Very convenient and well-designed kitchenette, which had a complete set of dishes, pots/pans, dishwaster, microwave, full refrigerator all in a small space that felt spacious, very functional and also with 2-stool counter. We only stayed one night, but could see that the kitchen and living room couch area were very livable if you were staying longer, complete with full ironing board stashed in an extra storage closet. Didn't use the pull-out couch, but loved the sectional design, with ottoman, and separate long section. Having tvs in both living area and bedroom was nice too. We are going to check and see where other Hyatt House locations are, and try to stay when we travel!

Family of 5 in a two bedroom king suite. Very comfortable and very spacious. Only complaint was that dining area was too small. Could have used a bigger table to eat on. Used the full kitchen. Even brought back food from the bar / restaurant one night, which was pretty good. Excellent breakfast with many rotating options and a great custom made omelette station. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Convenient to highways leading to Boston, Salem and Plymouth

It was a great hotel for extended stay. Breakfast in the morning was a truly added benefit. We enjoyed being able to eat in due to the full kitchen other non extended stays do not offer. Just eating in a few days can help.

Excellent service, cordial people and delicious breakfast.

Hotel has almost everything you need while you staying. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Room is clean.

At check in the staff was maybe the best I've ever seen, very friendly. We had some problems with unruly children who had been left alone. They kept us up late, then kept waking us up all night for 2 nights. They were running down the hallway knocking on doors. We where promised some things to make up fro the inconvenience and they never followed through. I was told it take 2 weeks, I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I called the hotel and promised a return call and that what I promised would be done. That never happened either. Let me down, come guys if can't come through on your word don't promise anything. I will never stay here again just because I was lied too.

Good price, larger space, high school kids stayed together and had fun.

Worst service ever! Breakfast was gross!!!!!! But the room came with a fully equipped kitchen which was a plus!

Wonderful hotel.Spacious rooms, great breakfast. A little far from Boston Commons but still a great value for the money.

They need a new cleaning staff and some policies on guest behavior. I've stayed at other Hyatt Houses and liked them so I booked this one, now am hesitant to book another.

I traveled to Boston in June with three others adults and two young children and we stayed at the Hyatt House for a weekend night. We booked a suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen due to the large number of people. The rooms were very spacious and well kept and were perfect in accommodating two families with kids. The hotel staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. While the hotel's location is somewhat removed from Boston, I would highly recommend this hotel for families seeking large rooms.

Perfect for myself, husband and 2 kids. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very roomy had 2 bathrooms and 3 tvs. We would definitely stay at the Hyatt House for our next stay.

Hotel was good and met all our needs. King suite was perfect for our needs

we enjoyed this hotel very much. the staff and service was great! the only thing i would recommend is offering some more fruit at the buffet brunch in the morning, but other than that, it was great!

The rooms are really comfortable and big. However, we had to call many times in order to fet our room cleaned. Plus, the hotel is almost far away from everything

Very nice staff, comfortable suit. Free parking. Pleasant staff

Very accommodating, clean and roomy. Mini suite includes wifi. Quiet hotel room for rest and great value breakfast included at no additional charge.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room felt like a one bedroom apartment, nice and spacious. The staff was courteous. My only comment of improvement would be that they need to update their thermostats.
