Room was never cleaned/sheets were not changed (after being requested). The front desk staff gave out incorrect information on a printed flyer, but didn’t bother to change it. The elevator is incredibly loud and could be heard through the walls all night long.

Room was clean and spacious, and staff courteous, helpful, prompt. Breakfasts (we had three days worth) were better than we've experienced elsewhere and breakfast/kitchen staff very attentive. The pool was clean and well kept, and it's big enough to do mini-laps and often empty enough to allow this. One recommendation for improvement: more grab bars in the bath tub/shower combination. Our room had a grab bar to assist with entrance, but bars on the side and back of the shower stall would make showering more safe for everyone.

The room looked nice at first, then I went to take a shower and there was pubic hair in the shower. The sink looked like someone brushed and rinsed and left crumbs of something. There was hair on the floor, like no one swept, vacuumed or moped it. Had to get off the bed because the front desk called that my accident fee was not charged when the first guy said it was all set. The elevator noise was very annoying, it made it hard for me to fall asleep. I’ve stayed there before and was not like this.
