Pool not heated , it was at a freezing temperature (might as well should have been an outdoor pool) , mold on bathroom ceiling, tub was clogged( took forever for maintenance to sort out the issue), trash was on floor upon entering the room , and i was denied a room switch. Checked out the same day i checked in ! And still haven’t received my refund!

Very good service. The personnel at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful, and caring. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very attentive, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The restaurant at the premises, Copper House Tavern, had excellent food. An unexpected, pleasant surprise. The one down side is that certain areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. Very good price point. I feel I got my money's worth.

It was fine. The restaurant attached is good. The pool was fun/useful to have for the little ones. My floor smelled of smoke and weed. Beds comfortable. Tv easy to use. Coffee needs improvement.

The breakfast was good the room however was a different story. The furniture was oddly a little out of position. I had to straighten them. I tripped in the middle of night over the dresser that kept on opening on its own because it was damaged.

Nice hotel for the lower end price $80 , the water took awhile to get hot in the bathroom , window don’t open all the way, tv is a bit dated ( not smart or do screen casting ). No ppv channels, the mattress are deff on the low end of the comfort scale. The pool is nice ! Perfect amount of chlorine. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to try breakfast 🍳 the bar attached is nice but on the pricier side for food and drinks compared to other local spots. The room its self is decent sized. The view is pretty good you can see all the other modern hotels 🏨. There’s a store right at the start of the driveway.

The photos on hotels.com of this property were misleading. The hotel appears run down and there were stains on both comforters in my room and also trash on the floor between the bed and nightstand.
