The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! They went out of their way to be friendly, kind, and accommodating. The premises are well overdue for an upgrade; in fact, YEARS overdue. Carpets are fraying, dishes are stained, utensils are bent or missing, towels are frayed, etc. Two of the four laundry machines were out of order.
Staff was first rate and the hotel was the best we have been to in the Homewood Suites family.
Audra at the front desk was attuned to our every need. She was friendly, courteous and quite delightful. The breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel - the eggs were delicious, sausage cooked just right, etc. Monotomy Grill next door was fantastic and reasonably priced.

I liked the convince of this location for my business trip, but the condition of the bathroom ceiling was a bit disappointing. The peeling paint just didn’t make me feel comfortable.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, quick to respond to requests. Check in/out was easy. A dolly was available for loading things in/out. Parking was underground which was a plus, since we got some very cold days!
I liked it, very clean, we had a suite double bed with kitchen. Very satisfied.
Really responsive front desk staff. Always ready to help with items for the room or kitchenette. We appreciated the COVID procedures around cleaning and mask usage. Very convenient location for fresh pond area and access to all the squares along Mass Ave.
Our stay at Homewood Suites was fine. The staff was very helpful - the room was clean and in very good condition. We were very satisfied with the staff and service.
Enjoyed staying here very much. Breakfast didn’t quite keep up with everything else in quality tho there were many choices.
Good location 10-15 min walking distance to alewife station via linear park. Close to route 2. Quite a few restaurants nearby. The room is clean and equipped with a nice kitchen. Free decent breakfast. Free parking. Really nice hotel esp for families with kids.
Nice place , but toilets lights are too harsh. Need to selective for those who do not want full lights while going to toilet in the night hours
Comfortable hotel convenient to Tufts. Parking situation, although free, leaves a bit to be desired. Garage is tight to maneuver and spaces too narrow for today’s cars. Love that you invite employees to polish off morning buffet but suggest you have them come in at closing time vs 15 minutes before. It was like being in the middle of an employee meeting.
