Nice hotel, clean rooms, hotel staff was pleasant. Located near Harvard and MIT. My only complaint is that, like everywhere in the city, parking is expensive.

we had a fire alarm in middle of nights, 12:30am. Standing in freezing cold for 30 minutes, with pajama and winter coat. hotel staff did not even say sorry or comfort us at all.

put softener on the sheets and towels and some water would be nice

Although I think it is a bit expensive, this is a great hotel. It was close to Agganis Arena. It is clean, well staffed & efficient.

Perfect walking distance to Boston University! Modern rooms. Great view to the Charles river.

Good relation quality - price. Perfect for visiting Harvard.

Easy check-in. Only problem is that there are two sets of stairs to drag luggage up (and down) to get to the desk. Great staff and totally friendly and helpful people. Really exceptional. Parking is easy with payment on your room key.

The bathroom is really old. The faucets and tub and and fixtures are really old. The mattress is spring loaded and hurts your back. The hallway is small and tight.

Beds are comfortable, airco quiet, good bathroom products. Good WiFi and TV with WiFi. Only complaint is very basic, unappealing bistro.

It was a great hotel. With hotels priced over $200 in and around the boston area, this hotel was great for a reasonable price. Super comfy room and all the amenities I needed, I'd stay here in a heart beat when ever I'm in the area.

The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The fridge in the room, the helpful hotel staff, and the shuttle service all enhanced our visit.

Stayed for 3 days. There were people inside the room we were given that hotel did not know about. One of only 2 elevators was out for one of three days. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am one night and all guests had to evacuate. Staff was gracious and apologetic, but a weird experience.

We showed up an hour early to check-in with no problems..allowed to park and get right into our room, the staff was very helpful.

Everyone from the young man who grabbed my bag and hauled it to the front desk, the check in staff and maid service was outstanding. New clean hotel, will definitely go back

The hotel has been newly renovated and is up to Marriott's high standards. Room was terrific, and staff excellent. The pool was still under renovation, but trust it will be brought up to a similar standard and the modern and elegant rooms.

Nice overall stay. Overlooking the charles, couple of miles from downtown.

Booked the hotel for a long weekend. The room was clean and well kept. But the air conditioning was not functioning and hence the room was uncomfortably warm. They took quite some time to fix it. The staff was very friendly and co-operative in correcting the problem though.

I realilze coffee machines are int hte room, which I like, but a powder creamer is no where near a creamer container (liquid). And it seams there is no longer free hot coffee in the lobby, disapointing.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are comfortable and staff very nice. Parking is convenient but pricy at $35/day. Would have liked complimentary breakfast, but with Starbucks next door, didn't prove to be a big issue.

The hotel was clean, convenient and friendly. The only drawback was that they stop serving breakfast very early on Saturday Morning.
