The location was good. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The only downside was that our room was adjacent to the service elevator which sent clunks and squeals through the walls for hours on end, disrupting our sleep. It woke us up for good at 4:30 on our first night, bothering everyone in our suite. We bought earplugs for our second night, but the noise was loud enough that it didn't make much of a difference. We did our best to sleep through it. In retrospect, we should have asked to move rooms for the seond night. Would have given this hotel 5 stars if we were able to get a good night's sleep.
