I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt it necessary after our experience. You never know what to believe when you read reviews. This property was NOT a 10/10 or even 6/10 and my husband and I are definitely not hotel snobs, but we do have an expectation for cleanliness and a well kept property. We don’t even mind a dated property if it’s well kept and clean. This hotel was filthy and in very poor condition. When we checked in people were in the lobby and parking lot who did look like hotel guests. You could feel the bed springs. It was old and not well taken care of. We left and found new lodging for the night. Out $230! Also, did not feel safe.

Waitied for the shuttle for over 2 hours and the guy at the hotel told me 30 min when i called. Every time i called , he would put me on hold. When he finally answered, he says there is nothing he can do, and it is what it is. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, i hopped on another hotel shuttle and ubered from there which cost $25 more dollars.

Great location for T and restaurants. Shuttle service to and from airport but it can take a while due to traffic in the tunnel! Rooms and breakfast was good.

Horrible experience. The room overlooked a dumpster with piles and piles of trash around it that had not been picked up in weeks. The room smelled like the dumpster. There were holes in the drapes so the sun came in. The TV didn’t work and the room was just plain disgusting. A huge mistake staying there. I was book for two nights, was unable to sleep and checked out after one night at 7:00 am. Costs me a lot of money to change hotels and eat the cost of this hotel and the new hotel I had to find
