This Hotel experience has been the worse in the last 5 years. No coffee, coffee machine was dirty, curtains blackout jammed, room service delivered a broken microwave and garage entrance was closed and almost felt. Hotel Staff simply said sorry submit your complaint online. fake Smile.

The Omni was unable to move my reservation to the correct date. I lost 300 dollars. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The customer service woman was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. I will never stay here again.

Great place to stay. Beyond expectations, beautiful facilities, friendly staff, spotless rooms, heated pool and jacuzzi with a view. Excellent service at the sports bar and the bar by the reception. Would definitely come back and stay here.
