The decor is bright, open, and with some modern art appeal. The service was perfunctory. No in room coffee maker, instead there was a broken shared one in the hall. Room had soiled comforter. Rather than replace it with a clean one, they gave us a plastic bag with a fitted sheet and left the soiled comforter.

This is a beautiful property with nice amenities. They room is small but I appreciate the fridge in room. The bedding was nice.
Great location when attending an event at the Convention Center
I didn’t realize the room that I was getting originally would be so small. I had to upgrade to get a desk in the room. Limited snack Barber of treats available upon check-in. Driveway not wide enough for two lanes of cars. Staff was very accommodating.
If you park in the garage attached to the hotel. Make sure you get the special bar code from the front desk. The website states $47 overnight parking but if you do not get a special pass from the front desk then it will cost $78 for one night. We stayed less than 24 hours and we paid $78 to park. The front desk failed to mention any of this when we checked in.
Obviously from this report, my two d nights couldn’t have been better
Enjoyed drinks at Crescendo Bar in lobby... bartender (Edisson B.) was great! The hotel is beautiful and we appreciated all of the artistic touches throughout! The location was perfect as well... close to the harbor, restaurants and shopping.
Coming back to this area and seeing how much has changed was wild! I love it though! The Seaport area is no longer a sea of parking lots. The friendly staff, easy check-in/check out, view from my room, and overall cleanliness makes the Omni my go-to hotel anytime I return to Boston.
