Excellent Staff / Rooms / Breakfast and Amenities. Recommend rooms to be more soundproof as we couldn't sleep on NY's Eve due to people partying in upper floors late night and their noise was reverberating all over our room. The positive was that within minutes of us letting the front desk know of our situation the noises stopped.

The hotel was very average. It provided all the basic amenities such as a lobby, front desk, breakfast area, 24-hour coffee, and vending machines. Parking is limited and costs $30 per night. However, if you arrive late, you may not find a spot, and there is no off-site parking available. Our 1-bedroom room was average and showed signs of wear and tear. The coffee maker was not working; when we requested assistance, a staff member quickly came and discovered the outlet was not functioning. Another issue was the bathroom faucet. it was so close to the mirror that whenever we turned on the hot water, the handle hit the mirror. We were lucky it didn’t break during our stay, but it seems likely that it will eventually. Additionally, I woke up in the middle of the night due to loud noise from the unit above us! it sounded like a party with people jumping around. The walls and ceilings were clearly not soundproof. Overall, the staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. However, the property has some functional issues that may feel inconvenient or odd.

The room was very clean. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The breakfast food was a day old and they did not bring out fresh fruits until two days later on New Years Day.

My check in was amazing forgot his name but he was kind an patient upon checking out I’m not sure if they were training or not but both young girls were rude I felt like one of them wanted to argue when all I asked was for a receipt nice hotel overall but definitely gotta work on those customer service skills

The location of the property is great. Having the breakfast included is a rare find. Easy parking and easy access to public transportation. The hotel is well kept, clean and the staff is helpful.
