The place was terrible. It smelled horribly with both stinky smells from being dirty as well as from the overflowing trash and the old stuffy carpets and people's cooking. The staff seemed to not want to be there, which I understand. The place where we got pots, plates and silverware was a chaos, dirty, messy, disgusting. The room was dirty, broken mirrors. Never staying in this place again.

No shampoo available. The bed mattress was dirty and didn't have sheets (had to go request). Water pressure was very low. Breakfast was a type of nutrigrain bar and coffee. Kitchen didn't have any kitchenware (dishes/spoons/etc). Area is decent. Staff is friendly.

The room was terrible. Fridge was leaking water and I had to put down towels so the water doesn’t wet the floors. Bathroom was in bad state. Strong Musty smell in the room. Son was having difficulty breathing due to the mUstiness in the air. I checked out the next day and booked another hotel. Not sure if I will get a refund for the day I did not stay at the hotel.

This is a decent place for a couple of nights. I wouldn’t bring my family on a vacation here. The front desk staff were great. There was some damage that was clearly fixed on the bathroom door but the nails were visible. There were lights out in the room that needed fixing. I let the front desk know and they were going to put in a maintenance ticket. This is extended stay, not really a vacation destination. It’s clean and convenient and good for a few nights.

Find another place to stay.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I am absolutely shocked that they demanded a $100 deposit on checkin. There was no mention of this. When booking and I would not have stayed there if I knew about it ahead of time. They promised to reimburse my credit card and then didn’t. I have to wait, maybe a week before I get my money back. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, and cooking range but I did not use them. I did not see any pots/skillets/tableware for food prep and glass/mugs for beverages. Fridge was really loud. I’m a sound sleeper so I could sleep. Light sleepers could not sleep.

I was scared for the reviews, but my time there was nice. Room clean and confortable. The staff that received me was friendly, but the guy that work at night it's nasty, unfriendly, dry and unhelpful. Never it's in the counter and he is mad if you need support with anything. just for that reason I put 3 starts for the staff. The rest excellent, I will definitely stay again there.

The first room had a bad oder, the bathroom light was out the tv remote was missing the dishwasher and microwave were missing. The bathroom sink was cracked the outlet for the alarm clock did not work and the cabinets were peeling. In the second room the oder was not as bad if you kept the ac running the shower head restricted water to a point that it was difficult to rinse my hair. The room was in serious need of new furniture and updated cabinets. There was a squeaking noise every 30 minuets or so all night long.

They charge $100 deposit. You have to go to the desk and sign out ANY kitchen supplies, like coffee cups, plates, utensils, pans, etc. The room had a dirty towel on the bathroom door hook. And there were false eyelashes on the bathroom floor, so not thoroughly cleaned. The "fitted" sheet continually slipped out at the head and at the foot of the bed. The desk was broken at the drawer support. The "free breakfast" was coffee, plastic wrapped muffins, and Nutrigrain bars. Not my favorite hotel
