When I check in I find out the water will be maintained at night so no water from 10pm to 8am. No shower and no flushing bathroom. The 2nd day morning fire drill. No announcements just alerts sound. This is very bad experience

2 days in a row, no oatmeal in the dispenser. Pancake machine batter bag empty. Instead of putting in a full bag, hotel employee just pressed a button to clear the empty message leaving everyone shortchanged on breakfast.

The staff were wonderful. This is my 3rd stay in 3 yrs. Just a few glitches…. When we got in the room we realized there was 7 face cloths but no bath mat and only 1 towel. Then we realized there was no toilet paper. The staff was very quick to fix these oversights. Also, housecleaning is every other day, not every day. The thing that made me most nervous was the door was off kilter and it did not open and close without a lot of effort. I do like staying here but this time it was not up to par.
