It was a “one a done” for us. The resort is way too big for the amenities they offer. There were never enough tubes or lounge chairs at the water park. The bartender at “it’s 5 o’clock” was miserable, underserved our drinks, was miserable (kept complaining about having to work the night before) and gave us a wrong check. Their gym was very dirty, paper towels and paper cups were thrown everywhere, there was no hand sanitizer. The hallway leading up to our room smelled like marijuana. In the room, one of the bed was located directly under the AC vent, so it kept blowing on the bed freezing air ever time it turned on. The food was okay. The kids enjoyed the arcades.

This property is for children's enjoyment. Our grandkids loved the arcade and the water park. The restaurants are nothing special. The rooms are ok. House cleaning only changed our bedding one night of a 4-night stay.

Well, the kids really enjoyed it, so that's all that really matters. The room was not clean- there was black hair on the coffee table, an earring on the floor of the bathroom, dust covering the phone and Keruig, etc. Also we were the first room by the elevator so it was really loud.

The hotel was very nice! A little pricey but nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Could have used better lighting in bathroom. Had a light that didn’t work, reported it to front desk and was told maintenance would be sent but it never happened. Restaurants were overpriced for the food you received. But a fun place to visit.
