Quality Inn Biloxi Beach

I didnt realize until I arrrived to check in that my reservation was for a 1 bed only room. I had to pay extra to get a room with 2 beds. I know I' ll pay more attention next time. Had no idea you could even book a room with just 1 dbl bed anymore. Other than that we were satisfied with the room and the service. Waffle House next door was a plus also after a late night concert whick thankfully was within walking distance to hotel.

Across from the beach. Within walking distance to sights and a convenience store. Away from the mass of tourists but close enough to walk to casinos.

I took my daughter and her friend for Spring Break. It was a wonderful location close to the beach and close to a shopping mall. The hotel staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was was great.

Nice breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location. beautiful view of the gulf and beautiful grounds around hotel. We were overall pleased and would stay there again.

My husband and I were very disappointed. We had to walk around in our shoes because the carpet felt so dirty. We had a non smoking room but yet our cover had burn holes on it. When I called the front desk I was told by a very sarcastic employee that it must have gotten mixed up in the wash with a smoking room blanket. Maybe it's just me but smoking and non smoking room linens should be washed separate. This employee also laughed when I asked for extra pillows. I have never been in a hotel where I couldn't ask for extra pillows seeing how I had a king bed and these pillows were so small they barely stetched over half of the bed. What this employee should have done was said "sorry mam, we do not have extra pillows." Not laugh and be a smart mouth. We had "fruit flies" in the shower and vanity area. The room had a shut up mildewy odor. The refrigerator barely kept things cool. The shower head was loosly in the wall, and the popcorn ceiling was falling in the bathroom. The tub was discusting. After we ran water in the tub you could see a filthy line all the way around where all of the stuff in the bottom of the tub was stuck to the sides. When we went to the breakfast area in the lobby when you walked in the door people had half smoked cigarettes lined up on the seal inside. We were going to change rooms but our trip had to be cut short and at check in someone else was having problems with rheir room also so we figured it wasn't worth the hassel for our short stay.

The hotel was wonderful. My boyfriend and I came for one night just to get away. We normally stay at the Hampton so we didnt know what to expect. The Quality Inn was in a great location, right across from the beach and close to all the stores and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rokms were clean, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall great experience.

All in all, the value of this hotel is on point with the experience. My husband and I just wanted to get away for the weekend, and spend some time together. We don't have children, so this was perfect to just sleep in. If you're looking for amenities, then this may not be your place. They do have a free breakfast, didn't try it though. Love the location though!!

It was clean & staff was nice. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was really good too! Not bad for the price!

I only thing I can say is that the restroom in the lobby was a mess. Everything else was good. Staff at front desk was good. Thanks

Courteous staff and a great location. Can't wait to go back again!!

I booked a double bed but they said I booked a single and they would not help me to change rooms they said it was nothing they could do so I will not be staying there again because I thought they would have at least switched rooms for me but they didn't when your spending $400.00 on a room you at least want to sleep comfortable.

The staff was very courteous and helped in any way they could. The room was exactly as advertised. Standard room older decor but clean and comfortable. Chose it for advertised location to the Ms. Coast Coliseum, and the parking lots nearly touched. Will stay again without hesitation.

Good location and good value for a standard non-smoking room. The bed was uncomfortable though in my guest room. The staff were very courteous and professional though. Overall good choice.

Across the street from the beach! Beautiful view with your breakfast. Nice pool! Friendly staff.

Good location near beach and casinos. Good for a weekend getaway!!

The decision to stay was a last minute decision, based on last minute travel plans. Our usual hotel pick was booked. The location was perfect, and for a quick night, It was perfect. The rooms were clean and close to everything that we needed.

They did let us check in early, but that was the only thing good about it. The room smelled terrible and the bathroon had a shower stall like a gym room. Not a nice experience.

We stopped here on our way to New Orleans. Well we should have keep going. The hotel was nice with free breakfast, clean room, quiet. The beach was nasty. I did visit the Ilse casino and won some cash playing the wheel of fortune slot machine. The buffet there is good also.

We spent our 48th anniversary in Biloxi. We visited the casinos & played on the beach. The room needed more lighting & the carpets needed cleaning. Other than that the staff was friendly & the breakfast was good.
