Near the beach, pool was nice and friendly employees

There was no water pressure, the double rooms beds are tiny, there was hair all in tub , the AC didn’t work, and there was a dog barking all night with a strict “NO PET” policy. And the breakfast was awful!

Would book again. Overall pleased with our accommodations.

It was really clean and the staff was very nice. They even made sure a room was ready for an earlt check in and they didnt charge us. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel, great location, great staff, great breakfast. I LOVED staying here. I have actually already recommended it to several friends who travel thru the area regularly.

We had a fabulous weekend!! The hotel was awesome!!

We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We went out for the day Saturday and came back to our room and it was not clean . There were no clean towels the dirty ones where still in the room the trash was still in the room and no toilet paper in the room at all. Very disappointing .

The paint in the bathroom is peeling smoke alarm went off at 3 AM . Smoke alarm not tied to a central system just individual in the room and the battery went dead . Took smoke alarm down and left it for the staff they replaced the battery and hung back up but no comments were made to me . That is poor customer service.

Not bad for the price. We where just staying one night so I was more about saving the money. The free breakfast was ok. Can see it's a older hotel that's been remodeled so in good shape. For a one night stay worth it.

I didnt realize until I arrrived to check in that my reservation was for a 1 bed only room. I had to pay extra to get a room with 2 beds. I know I' ll pay more attention next time. Had no idea you could even book a room with just 1 dbl bed anymore. Other than that we were satisfied with the room and the service. Waffle House next door was a plus also after a late night concert whick thankfully was within walking distance to hotel.

Across from the beach. Within walking distance to sights and a convenience store. Away from the mass of tourists but close enough to walk to casinos.

I took my daughter and her friend for Spring Break. It was a wonderful location close to the beach and close to a shopping mall. The hotel staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was was great.

Nice breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location. beautiful view of the gulf and beautiful grounds around hotel. We were overall pleased and would stay there again.

My husband and I were very disappointed. We had to walk around in our shoes because the carpet felt so dirty. We had a non smoking room but yet our cover had burn holes on it. When I called the front desk I was told by a very sarcastic employee that it must have gotten mixed up in the wash with a smoking room blanket. Maybe it's just me but smoking and non smoking room linens should be washed separate. This employee also laughed when I asked for extra pillows. I have never been in a hotel where I couldn't ask for extra pillows seeing how I had a king bed and these pillows were so small they barely stetched over half of the bed. What this employee should have done was said "sorry mam, we do not have extra pillows." Not laugh and be a smart mouth. We had "fruit flies" in the shower and vanity area. The room had a shut up mildewy odor. The refrigerator barely kept things cool. The shower head was loosly in the wall, and the popcorn ceiling was falling in the bathroom. The tub was discusting. After we ran water in the tub you could see a filthy line all the way around where all of the stuff in the bottom of the tub was stuck to the sides. When we went to the breakfast area in the lobby when you walked in the door people had half smoked cigarettes lined up on the seal inside. We were going to change rooms but our trip had to be cut short and at check in someone else was having problems with rheir room also so we figured it wasn't worth the hassel for our short stay.

The hotel was wonderful. My boyfriend and I came for one night just to get away. We normally stay at the Hampton so we didnt know what to expect. The Quality Inn was in a great location, right across from the beach and close to all the stores and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rokms were clean, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall great experience.

All in all, the value of this hotel is on point with the experience. My husband and I just wanted to get away for the weekend, and spend some time together. We don't have children, so this was perfect to just sleep in. If you're looking for amenities, then this may not be your place. They do have a free breakfast, didn't try it though. Love the location though!!

It was clean & staff was nice. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was really good too! Not bad for the price!

I only thing I can say is that the restroom in the lobby was a mess. Everything else was good. Staff at front desk was good. Thanks

Courteous staff and a great location. Can't wait to go back again!!
