It was terrible! From the desk clerk that was so rude to me and sent her friend with a damn key to my room and her friend just walked into my room myself and my 2 young kids were staying in!....to the bugs in the bathtub and sink....i called this am to resolve the issue as i felt ao unsafe after the walk in i ledt at 830pm with my kids....i called the property this am ans the gal was so nice and helpful we are hopefully going to get it fixed and im hoping the employee will be addressed as she made my half a stay terrible ans scary to be honest! I knew it was her friend as i saw them up at the front desk moments before she walked into my room they were atanding together chatting very obviously friends. She had a key to my room!!!!

The staff at the front desk were very good at check in. We just checked in and left a bag in the room then went to do our business and go to an evening meeting. When we returned that night and walked in to the room and got over by the microwave area the floor was so dirty that my shoes would stick to the floor. Since it was late I started cleaning the floor with a wash rag from the bath room. As I cleaned it was apparent that the whole floor was terribly dirty. After a half hour of cleaning we felt it was maybe ok to take our shoes off and get ready for bed. My wife was to have some surgery the next day so we had protocol for cleanliness to keep the risk of infection away. As we opened the blankets on the bed there were some stains on the sheets indicating that they had not been changed I wrote a note to the hotel and delivered it the the front desk the next morning stating that we needed the room cleaned and clean sheets before we returned. When we returned the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed. I went to the front desk and the gentleman there said he could get me a different room or a clean set of sheets. Since I had already cleaned the floor in the room and the bathroom I choose to get some clean sheets and changed them myself so my wife would have a safe place to rest after her surgery. We got buy but the cleaning of this facility is very terrible I would not recommen this motel to anyone

BED BUGS!!! Woke up at 3am itching and scratching; bites on both legs; found one bug and put it in a cup of water. Gave the cup to the front desk in the morning and the woman there didn't seem the least bit interested. If you decide to take a chance on the bugs, know that the water slide is $5/person extra and "breakfast" is a limited; there were no eggs left by 815 and I was told there wouldn't be anymore.

The hot tub jets where not working and when asked staff they just shrugged it off and ignored us.. Bedding on on of the queen beds in our room had stains on it .... Continental breakfast was not fully stocked and for cereal had to use the same gallon of milk as others and not individual ones no juice in the juice machine ....

Actually, the filthiest hotel I’ve ever been in had to take the room key down three different times because it wouldn’t work food looked absolutely awful not a clean place at all never will stay again

The room was disgusting. No wait first of all they checked us into the wrong room we paid for our suite and they check this into a regular double Queen so then they give us the key to the other room that's supposedly this week which is exactly the same super tiny double Queen with a loveseat in it almost all of the staff were rude and just didn't give a crap about their service there was two staff members they worked at the same time that were actually very great kind and helpful I wish I got their names oh and to top it off somebody died right next door to my room a lot of Riff raft there. So if you're into that kind of Tweaky thing go ahead

The room i booked on line did not match the room i stayed in. I paid extra for a suite which consisted of 2 plastic chairs and a couch. The floors were dirty (not mopped), the toilet ran constantly, and the handle on the shower came off. This was my first stay at hj and most likely will be my last.

Friday night I was in room 142 there were two dogs and one 43 that barked so I went up front desk and complained they kept barking until 10:30 I went up and complained again and talked to one of the other people that stayed there in the same hallway and told them there was they had two choices that kept them kick them people out or open the freaking door and I'll step on them dogs head and that'll be the end of it the next morning I went up and complained again and the two guys that were there said there was no problem last night they freaking lied right to my face
