Great location - easy walking distance to most attractions. Room was clean, and good amount of space for 3 adults. Comfortable beds, and good shower pressure. Staff in the hotel were very helpful, and the included breakfast is handy to save on costs. Bern in general is a great central location to use as a base for day trips elsewhere including Zermatt (Matterhorn) and Jungfraujoch.

The single room was great, bed comfortable and quiet. All the staff were friendly and it was a plesure to be there. The cleaning operation was unbelievable as you had a linen changer, a person who hoovered and a person to look after the fridge. Breakfast great continental. Heating fine though got chilly at night atvtimes. Slept well

A good place to stay being only a 5 minute level walk from the rail station. Reception was first class throughout my stay. Breakfast offered the usual good choice of items. The room was clean, comfortable and for my stay on the 5th floor quiet. Hotel is well located for attractions of Bern. Yes, I would use again.

A modern and clean hotel walkable from the main station. The breakfast was simple but with good options. The hotel was under remodeling thus no dining in the hotel but there are plenty of options in the neighborhood. Would definitely go back.
