I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room is very small, I had two narrow beds, but still comfortable. Because the room is small you may not see everything you would normally find in a hotel room but don't worry you can just ask at reception and you will be fine. The bathroom is open but once you get use to that you will be fine. The breakfast for budget is on the first floor and very good. You can get gluten free bread if you wish. If you need an umbrella just ask at reception. If you need directions just ask at reception. The hotel is very close to trams and buses so it is very easy to get around and the hotel will give you a ticket for free travel within 2 zones. There is a mall nearby with a supermarket, please note that is closes at 8pm on weekdays and earlier on weekends. The staff is accommodating and friendly, I will definitely stay there again. Good experience.

Great comfortable and furnished rooms, quick reception and comfortable stay. It was as per standard IBIS budget standard. The location was convenient as it is just in front of bus station. Also nearby food chains are available.

The hotel has a acceptable room. The employees are very kind, they offer you free transport tickets for 24hs. The hotel is at 10 minutes of tranvia of the city center. Was a good experience and good price.

The hotel is located in a nice place where there are some trade or show sometimes. You can go from the hotel to the main buildings, areas and museum just in 7 minutes taking the train, which is free. All hotels have a turist ticket to move around the city freely. The staff was amazing (especially two women, who had a lot of pacience with some grumpy guest) and they gave us a good suggestions. The room was very calm and clean. Although you can park there for X €, you can park outside for free during weekends.

Pre-Checkin facility is fine Budget stay opp is fine room with large bed is fine Piloow should also provide alternative than just the thin ones Breakfast buffet could include some real dark bread and healthy food

When we checked in the front desk person mentioned we had to pay for breakfast. We had already paid for it online. And she was rude when we said that. She also asked us to show email proof of the same. Next, the power outlets in the room did not work. So we couldn’t charge our phones. When asked for another room, the response was really bad again. So there are 2 different types of ibis in the same building. Budget and regular. The breakfast for each is served on different floors. No information was provided during check in or at a later point. When we arrived for breakfast on the ground floor near the reception, we took our plates and were in line for the buffet. The lady there insulted us by saying we had to go to the first floor for breakfast. We put our plates down and quietely left. One of our worst experiences ever in Ibis.

It's a pretty good hotel if you travel alone and need just a place to sleep. There're 2 beds and a small table inside the room. A sink as well as a shower cabin are also located in the room, so if you travel with a friend, it might be a bit uncomfortable to take a shower.. The toilet is also a fun as it seems to be located in a wardrobe :)) For breakfast you can have yogurt, sandwiches, croissants, tea, coffee, cornflakes, some milk, juice, boiled eggs, some vegetables and chocolate pasta. For me it was pretty enough. The personnel is nice and helpfull, the lobby is cool, you can play table soccer or reed there. The hotel is not in the center but it takes 10-15 minutes to go to Bahnhof, so it's not really a problem. And a big plus of this hotel is that they give you a free ticket to each type of transport for the time you stay in the hotel. It'a grand advantage for those who don't have a half-price card or some other discounts.

Its a typical Ibis with a good location. The local tram station is right infront of the hotel and the hotel will give you a free tram pass. The Tram connects the city center. The city center is about 15 min by tram. Few restaurants nearby.

Thotel is simple and clean, there is an impressive view from the 11th floor. The doors shut out no sound, be it from the corridor or from the toilet (fortunately, I was there alone). The room was not heated (in January!) and there was no regulator.

We booked this hotel for one night. Even if we made the reservation a few days before our stay, the price was convenient. The parking at the -1 floor of the hotel allows you to easily bring your bags to your room by the lift. The hotel gets you some services, for example we used the microwave oven in the breakfast room to warm our food. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. The hairdryer isn't placed in the room, but you can ask it at the reception. The very great thing is that the hotel gives you free bus tickets to reach the city center for the duration of your stay. A great services! The only negative point is that you have just a towel for each one and those are very small and not so practical to dry off yourself after shower. Very kind staff.
