We booked a room. Arrived to our room with a large hole in the wall AC filter on the floor smelled really bad like mold. Dirty mattress on the floor sofa bed so uncomfortable you could feel the wire through the paper thin mattress. Extremely rude staff especially Destiny at least that’s the name she gave me, didn’t want to help never sent the maintenance staff to fix the problem.. No help there is no manager according to her and number to call for a supervisor very awful experience please avoid this hotel at all cost! As soon as you walk in the hallways it smelled really bad. Very noisy as well.

Toilet consistently backed up. Staff was excellent but the owner are not supporting well the hotel infrastructure to keep a clean standard of plumbing. I will not come back
