Staff were great all around. But, they were out of “all day complimentary fresh coffee” twice and the room / hallways had a funky smell. The shower floor was stained and needed some attention as did the door which had something dripping from it and was also stained. There were dead bugs in the lamp and loose hairs everywhere… lots of TLC needed in the room.

1st night I had to change my room 231 because of Anita and bed bugs then to 331 had to go back to front desk 2 time because room key didn’t work, clearl had to open for me , then I woke up to my suitcase fill with ants all over everything, that was discussing and very frustrating to say the lease. I purchased so $17.89 bag of popcorn never open cover with ants. The manager was nice a comp1 night but I’m requesting both nights be comp because my experience was completely horrible.
