Room was spotless. Kevin, the night clerk was great! However, the morning clerk lady left MUCH to be desired. She was not very warm or courteous. I was checking out & all she said was “can I help you?” I said “I’m checking out”. She took my key card & that was it. No smile, no thank you, no I hope you enjoyed your stay. Nothing. Just cold.

Staff were great all around. But, they were out of “all day complimentary fresh coffee” twice and the room / hallways had a funky smell. The shower floor was stained and needed some attention as did the door which had something dripping from it and was also stained. There were dead bugs in the lamp and loose hairs everywhere… lots of TLC needed in the room.
