The building and rooms were old and felt old. The toilet in the bathroom jiggled and everything seemed like it was not kept. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind.

Room was a little small. Some things in the hotel could be updated (flooring/carpets). Staff was helpful and courteous. Room next to us had Door Dash delivered, but food was left outside the door for a couple of days then moved to the vending area. Elevator needed cleaning. Minor trash and spills. I’ve stayed at numerous Hampton Inns over the years and this one seemed old and neglected, needing attention.

The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and bed was comfy. On the other hand the room and bathroom were very small. And the traffic noise was significantly loud, so were a few voices in the hall.

No breakfast was provided, despite being mentioned during check-in that breakfast would be provided the following day. While it is understood that Christmas is a holiday, it is not appropriate for staff or the website to make such a promise. The room was in a deplorable state, few lights are not functioning and no additional bedding available, even when requested. The full service we paid for is not available.
