Good value but I can’t trust them anymore

Wallet went missing and we are sure it was in the hotel room safe, didn’t notice until I got home as it had pounds in and was not used when away. Emailed the hotel only to be told that nothing was found in the safe or room. Disappointing as the hotel was good value in a good area.

Great stay!

Great value for the stay. Right in the centre of all attractions. Be wary of the water since travellers stomach is common in the area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great shower pressure and bathroom amenities. Amazing location and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel is in a decent, central location a short walk from Las Ramblas. Furniture in the room was very old and it was fairly cold. Can't really complain as it was cheap to stay for the 1 night we were there.

this was my first use of travelocity for a hotel. We booked well in advance and paid travelocity up front which made us hostage. They put us in a room next to the check in desk that faced a horrid storage room full of dirty linen and refuse. I have had better experience in rural Philippines for 10% of the price. The staff was sympathetic but said they had no alternative available. After two nights they finally moved us to an acceptable room for our last day. I have never complained before about a lodging. Putting us in that room showed zero respect for travelocity or for us. I will never use travelocity for any purpose again.
