The hotel room smelled and seemed to have some shady people staying there. Guys with hanging in the hallway staring us down. Didn't feel safe at all. We slept with our clothes on in case we felt like we needed to leave in the middle of the night.

I just wanted to mention that the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and attentive. I was tired after a long day of driving and kind of scrambled up the reservation. She was patient and understanding and helped me get it all resolve. I believe her name was Asucena and she was a real credit to her company.
