Loved the location and the surrounding area. We felt safe and had many eateries nearby. The whle property was clean including the room. The breakfast had several options to choose from. I would stay again with the grandchildren or when traveling alone.

Hotel was ok, but there were smokers in the nonsmoking hotel and we were abruptly woken at 0700 by law enforcement knocking on the door of a room near ours.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always had coffee and hot chocolate at front for you. The hotel was clean. It was a little noisy at night and there was a lot of homeless people around and asking for stuff.

Good for an overnight stay

Disappointing Hampton Inn hotel. Terrible, unsafe area. We heard police sirens all night and witnessed a police chase from our window. The pool is tiny and disgustingly dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Easy to get to, friendly staff, clean. On property security. Well lit parking area.

It was very clean and everyone was very polite. We had enough towels and toiletries everything looked as if it was sanitized. Beds were done neatly, tv worked . We had no issues at all. We will stay again if in the area

Place was clean. The person at the check out desk was having a conversation on her cell phone when we entered the lobby, she saw us and went to a back room to continue her phone conversation so we just waited for her to come back. She wasn’t friendly but other than that the stay was fine.

Terrible service. Disruption from the room above us, from 10 pm until early morning hours of 4 am. Initially, we thought the guests upstairs were maybe just preparing for bed and being extra noisy doing so. Waited until after midnight before finally calling the front desk to inform them and request some quiet. The man at the front desk was very unhelpful & rude, the banging & thumping didn’t stop at all, in fact it seemed to increase & persisted for several hours. I ended up with a migraine & was a waste of money for a very sleepless night, when sleep was desperately needed! I normally never, ever complain, but having been loyal to Hampton Inn for several years whenever we travel, I was terribly disappointed & in fact, quite upset about this experience.

The Hotel is located near a busy intersection and South of it is a major freeway. Occasional freeway noise can be bothersome not too bad. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would stay there in future. The room I stayed was clean and their interior was decent. The receptionist was very nice.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the waffles with whipped cream. I loved the fresh sliced fruit and different toppings for the oatmeal. We needed an extra fold up bed and it was provided for an additional $10 which was great! I highly recommend it. I was very satisfied with everything except the pool was closed for “resurfacing” but we never saw anyone working out there at all and it was filled so not sure what’s going on with that.
