Sofitel Aukland Viaduct is in a great location for experiencing the harbor life of Aukland. The staff is awesome, especially in the welcome lounge, which is quite a different experience than a typical standing desk. The room was cleaned regularly including more than expected and the supplies of coffee and tea was superb.

Our room was comfortable however We found a cockroach in our room. The staff were kind, considerate and friendly, Careem at concierge and Billy who checked us in. The breakfast experience was not that great. The staff seemed disorganised and overwhelmed, especially Juliette.
