Nice comfortable stay near Casinos.

The front desk staff are super nice. The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious! However, it is a little bit outdated! Also, if you don’t use valet, which cost $30 you have to pay to park which cost $21! And parking is not super close! You have to walk quite a distance once you park your car!

Following a horrible experience at Harrah's at 4AM, I contacted the Sheraton and spoke to Emmanuel personally. He was so helpful and offered us an early check in option. Upon arrival, he and the other staff were so amazing and understanding of our situation and made it so simple to get into a room at that time. The room was suitable for a family of four with a small child and so much more affordable than the surrounding casino hotels.

Terrible service!! Booked there for a night to spend my birthday… First of all they say it is free parking but is not . You have to pay 50$ for the parking. And second they say you have free breakfast but when it comes to go eat they will ask you to pay a fee 34$ for each person. The staff is friendly but so so .. I wouldn’t not recommend this dirty hotel !!!!!!!

Parking was a little inconvenient and the price was different from what the estimate price was on the site due to it being the convention center who charges for parking, make sure you trade in your original parking ticket to the hotel front desk they will change the ticket which gives you access to come and go for your daily fee The rooms were a little outdated but clean the hotel had a lot of Miss America history displayed which was interesting and a statue outside in the garden that had a crown for cute pics The staff was friendly and helpful
