I stayed here for five days four nights. On my second day in the bathroom, there was a very big roach near my foot. I am extremely terrified of bugs and that was absolutely disgusting. I spoke with the front desk manager. They did switch my room, but never actually addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I had to stay here for the remainder of my stay, but I was on edge the whole time

It was a wonderful time but we stayed from Saturday to Wednesday there should no reason why i i should to ask everyday for a wash cloth and a towel . Very nice staff . The spinners was wonderful they perform like they still had it . Overall enjoyed myself

Hotel excellent, casino smelled.

The room was clean, spacious and we were happy with it. The casino however smelled of cigarettes. As non smokers we found this very off putting. Not the whole casino is smoking but the smell does carry. All staff were counted were great.

Great hotel , so much to do without leaving , was close to concert venue , room was spacious , ( could use a foot or two more in bathroom ) but worked well for me . Only drawback was waiting for valet to bring car this morning approx 15 min , call ahead , before bell Hop .
