I stayed here for five days four nights. On my second day in the bathroom, there was a very big roach near my foot. I am extremely terrified of bugs and that was absolutely disgusting. I spoke with the front desk manager. They did switch my room, but never actually addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I had to stay here for the remainder of my stay, but I was on edge the whole time

The cigarette smoke from the casino was way too strong. I have asthma and the smell took my breath away in the lobby. The rest of the floors were good.

Overall, our experience was mediocre. We were on a family vacation and unfortunately noticed a less-than-welcoming attitude starting from the front desk upon arrival. We specifically chose this hotel for its direct access to the boardwalk and beach, but our initial impression was disappointing. We were checked in by Daniella and assigned Room 201 in the Ocean Tower, which turned out to be one of the worst rooms on the property—it had no view (just a broken building) and was not properly cleaned. We found hair on the bed, indicating that the sheets likely hadn’t been changed. We brought this to the staff’s attention right away, and the duty manager, EJ, was responsive and helpful in moving us to a more acceptable room on the 4th floor. We appreciated his quick action. The rooms overall are very dated, with an ’80s vibe—cracking paint on the ceilings and a general need for modernization. On the positive side, we did enjoy the pool and loved the convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. Most of our time was spent outdoors, which made the location worthwhile despite the room issues.

Not good we originally had a room ocean side which we were very happy with, the next day we were informed by the front desk that we had to move because s there was a leak in the shower, we were advised we would be moving to another room which was and upgrade. It was the worst room. Two bathrooms, which didn’t make sense, and the kicker was the ac unit was right outside our window. I advised the front desk that the room wasn’t adequate. There response was we gave you a bigger room, which wasn’t needed. Big disappointment after we thought was going to be an enjoyable stay.
