Stay was good. But the front desk could be more friendly. Do not use their shuttle. We waited at the airport for more than 30 min. We called the hotel and the hotel says the shuttle can run anywhere from 15 to 45 min. However, that’s not what they said when we booked parki no with them at the front desk.

The staff was amazing and hardworking. Our room was pretty run down. Our ceiling was cracked and definitely needed attention. Upon entering the hotel down the hall it smelled like straight up marijuana. As a mother with kids walking through the hall, it was an awkward conversation. But the staff was great! Breakfast was great too! Wish they had waffles though.

Overall the visit was good I can't complain I enjoyed my room being quiet and nobody being disturbed in the hotel. The staffers pretty good I can't complain but other than that the pool was good need to be clean a little bit but other than that it was good. I do appreciate their attitude and gratefulness and helping people who have questions and reservations
