Home away from home

Allowing pets was a huge plus for me! The breakfast options were basic hotel breakfast options, but they had TURKEY bacon and the brand that I LOVE!!! That was icing on the cake!!!! Great facility! Quiet and clean! Very accommodating and comfortable! I am a local and needed a place to stay while my new residence was being completed. Now, when I need to escape hectic home life, I know where to go.

We had an unexpected situation where our Airbnb flooded, and we arrived at the Hyatt Place around 12:30 AM — exhausted and stressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating during a very difficult night. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Their service truly made all the difference, and we’re so grateful. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality. Thank you to the amazing team!

The property is located in a nature surrounded area= nice and quiet. What I did not like is we have to pay for parking. In Expedia, we were told there is $12 parking, which is already hard to swallow (when hotel parking are almost always free except for Vegas as far as I know) but when I checked my credit card statement, it even increased to $13!

I chose this property because of the reviews. Well the reviews must have been paid for because it was nothing like they said. Rooms were very outdated, didn't feel clean, faucets shook and the door to the bathroom touched the toilet and it was very hard to move around. The staff was not friendly, breakfast was sparse and you could tell the person heating up the breakfast didn't want to be there.
