Horrible!!! Do not trust any review rating this property higher than 2! Even driving onto the property you realize that something is not right. A lot of sketchy people (most likely homeless), and there is trash laying everywhere outside. The room that we we’re given was absolutely disgusting. Balcony door, shower knob and TV broken, carpet full of nasty stains and the sleeper couch was literally a health hazard. I had to turn off the A/C because it blew cigarette smoke in our room and my eyes and nose were irritated. I did not sleep a wink and we left at 3am after being awake for 36 hours having flown in from Europe that day. They even have the audacity to hold a 100 dollar deposit for damages!! How dare they!! The only positive was the young gentleman who checked us in and was very helpful.

Seems nice from the initial walk in but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Had to switch rooms because the first one was so dirty, second room was definitely better but not great. Good enough for the price, but definitely not what it seems like it would be based on the lobby and website. Could use better house cleaners and it would’ve been much more highly received.

The price is reasonable considering the amenities, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The carpet was noticeably dirty — not a huge deal for one night, but still disappointing. What truly ruined the experience was the lack of basic courtesy from the staff. The room phone didn’t even work, so we went out of our way to call from our cell phone to request a late checkout — they acknowledged it, but then we were still disturbed by repeated knocks at the door. If a hotel can’t respect a simple request or maintain basic cleanliness, what does that say about the rest of their standards? I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes this as a wake-up call.

I would not recommend this property. The man at the front desk was very rude. We had already paid for our room days before the stay and when it was time to check in they told us that they don’t have our room anymore. Meaning they gave our room away and didn’t have any available other than a smaller room we did not want. They wouldn’t give us a refund and we had people reach out to them for questioning and they wouldn’t respond. And another thing the room they gave us the bathroom door was you might as well say broken it was very hard to open we had to call someone to the room to basically break into the bathroom.

Looks good but Beware!

First off they did not have an elevator. My friend who had had a stroke had to walk down extremely long hall then climb two flights of stairs. Pull out sofa be was broken. Was able to rig it but rough sleeping. One washcloth for three guys. Asked for more, never got them (housekeepers were outside in the hall as we left. Check in was terrible. Night guy talking in foreign language to potential guest and just causally going about it (at 1am).

For the money most of the people may say “you gotta deal with that” but since its a chain hotel i think they should respect the standards!!! This hotel is terribly managed, is simply disgusting, the parking lot smells like weed+feces and theres a lot of roaches and dry dead rats. Bathtub had a mold and hot water didn’t work for a day. They didn’t let us know. The carpet feels dirty and with a lot of stains, same as the sofa. My pillow had a nasty black patch . I wish i could upload all the photos i took.

I need to get corporate involved

This hotel is crap! For one room was dirty for 2 didn’t get fresh towel during our stay water was cold no hot water and they steal money! They have yet to release my deposit back nobody answer the phone! Woman at front desk told me it will take 3 days for it to come back never came on my account though then when i checked out a man said my money will be released the same day at 2 or 3 pm I still didn’t get my money they are holding my $100 deposit for nothing I will never stay here again

I didn’t like that the trash cans were all full outside and in the hallways. It was more so hot on the second floor than the first and the hallways had a bad odor. The channels on the tv were not great at all! Most of the channels were not working.
