Straight faced greeting. First floor seemed like a room just had a flood. Stale air, floors seemed like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Second floor had a smell of mold. Room wasn't as bad with the smell but the carpet was dirty. Will I stay there again, not likely.

Dirty, loud doors that slam all night and day. Lots of parties and zero security. Not for families and turning into a chair party spot for addicts.
It was close to the location I needed to be in attendance was the only thing. There isn’t any elevators, only one ice maker that was working for the whole place. Hallways smell like weed during the evening. No one new when they would be fixed during the week stay I was there.
What I didn’t like about it was no Maids unless you requested one, No blow dryer, No elevators, No microwave, only time you can a microwave is outside the lobby.. First one broke so I had to go upstairs to used the microwave.. Plus it was COLD the whole time at the Hotel Lobby.. “Not Happy”
Location is good, rooms are nice and clean, BUT YOU CANNOT REQUest room service, if you want you must pay extra money $100(if I am not wrong) for that, they only give you just once in every (4) days. So if you stay 1 or 2 days it is very good but I will not recommend to stay longer than that. No breakfast , No elevator, No Room service for 4 days.
The property is fairly clean. However, the carpeting in the rooms could use additional cleaning. The arm chair in the room still had a stain that needed to be address. In addition, I didn't find out until later that there's a $75 pet fee, regardless if you stay for one night or more. There's an added charge over what I agreed to thru Orbitz. I'm sure it's an honest mistake. Make sure you get a print-out of your billing before you leave!

The front desk wouldnt answer the phone. I needed towels, i was charged 100 on my credit card for deposit it was refunded 7 days later. I understand a hold on card but not a charge. The felt old and smelly . Disappointed with the cost
Don't expect a quick check in whether or not you've done all necessary ahead of time. If you get a room upstairs be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs. There are no elevators. The room was great, however. The bed was comfortable, great set up but, no microwave. Overall not too bad.
