Fantastic experience!!! Don't believe all the bad reviews. I've stayed here for 3 weeks and it's been awesome. Will definitely stay again!

When I got to my room the door would not open, had to call for help and force my way in even with key in hand. Refrigerator was leaking and the floor was soaked, could smell as soon as we got in the room. Toilet dirty and bed looked like they only changed the top sheet. Hairs and marks all over pillows. Guest services tried to pass "lifetime Fitness" towels as their own. Horrible stay overall

Room and location and price were good only complaint the heat did not work in the room therefore I was cold all night.

You get what you pay for.... Its worth $40!! Flat screen Tv and the wifi is fast. Plus its very quite out there

The front desk people were friendly. But I got bit up by bed bugs during the night. Also the room wasn't very clean and they didn't leave any toilet paper.

Heard gun shots, when we first arrived a guy obviously on speed was having a melt down and all night we had people running by our door, screaming it was horrible to say the least

I'm not staying there a night. because it was nasty and terrible

I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month. . The daily rate is too high for this hotel . What made me stay was the weekly price is great & dogs stay free . The staff was pretty cool until they received a new owner . The smoking rooms are stinky and bad but the non smoking is pretty decent . The area is good but on the backside of the hotel I guess they put the trouble makers because it's always loud or ppl outside in the back . I didn't like that but I felt very safe .

They could definitely hired some good resp to work on the front desk. I usually don't expect much service from anyone now in days, but when I asked for a non smoking room I clearly got a smoking room. The smell hit me in the face and when I called and informed front desk, the lady said that is a non smoking room, yet there was an ashtray and the smell clearly it wasn't. i am not a smoker and don't like to get second hand smoke or that smell on my clothes period. She didn't do nothing about it. After a while there I couldn't smell it anymore. When I got home I smelled like cigars.

Hotels that are pet friendly should know that it will take extra care on their part, as guest are not always responsible in the care of their pets and children. I was given a room where there where black stains all over the carpet and housekeeping just sprinkled white powder over them. The mattress was so worn that it had a huge indentation in the center. This room was not fit to be rented out to any and yet Red Roof Inn actually wanted $42.99 per night. Unbelievable?

Some rooms are okay, however, their are some that should be report to the health department asap. Get it together Red Roof Inn. This is a -2 star Hotel not a 2 star.

I spoke to the hotel staff before I booked the hotel online and wasn't told the boiler was broken so there would be no hot water.

The go to hotel for us. Red roof is convenient, comfy, and safe. Police constantly patrolling.

I will not stay there again. Staff was not friendly. People were making call at night.

Best bang for your buck. Clean , good location, nice staff . Will stay again

Great location for my travel plans. Easy on and off exit from the interstate. Breakfast bar would of been nice to wake up too. Hotel itself could use some cosmetic cleaning to the stairwell and outside walk ways.

This place had no extra towels other than hand towels cut into wash cloths. First room stunk of mold and had no pillows or towels period!

Clean room with helpful staff, stayed 2 nights, close to interstate and got the job done. Would stay again

Great place. Lot of different things going on. Staff is great

If these rooms had a microwave and fridge it would be ok. They have decent weekly rates. The police are always outside. Some staff is nice others are extremely rude just depends on the day. if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and you don't expect much then this is your place.
