Room has been vacant for repair before our arrival. It smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. Staff came quickly to spray Lysol but couldn't give another room. Room also had stains on thd curtains and cobwebs in the vents and ceilings. Staff was working hard ..just didn't seem to be enough of them to manage everything.

We had excellent experience at this hotel. It is close to several restaurants and fast food places. There is a mall about a mile from this place which was very convenient for my family. We have stayed at this place several times before. They have continental breakfast which was very convenient for my family. One problem was that their ice maker was out of order.
The room was comfortable and clean, but out-dated. I felt like I was staying at my in-laws early-90's guest suite between the paisley curtains, beat up furniture, musty coffee smell, and old, warped wallpaper. The bathrooms have been updated and are awesome. The rest of the suite needs the same touch. The bed was very comfortable -- no complaints there. The staff was very helpful and friendly -- nothing wanting there. One glaring problem... there was NO hot water. It got luke-warm at best, even after running for quite a while.
it will do in a pinch if you need a room in the middle of the night
The overall appearance of the hotel when you arrive is great. You feel like, Wow I got a good deal, but after you check in and go up the elevator, it all changes. The main halls were like walking through a rain forest, it was so hot and humid. Get in the room and it is the same way. Turn on the AC and after a while it becomes bareable only the AC won't turn off after it gets to a certian coolness, you will have to get up around two in the morning to turn it down. The toilet was slow and had to be flushed several times. I didn't particularly care to take a shower and end up standing in a half full tub of dirty soap water. Other than that.....it was just...ok.
