The main issue is no hot water. The staff seemed to be aware of the problem which was not communicated when we checked in. We changed the room, but had the same issues. The building should not be open for business. It was freezing outside, and we stayed patient and skipped taking shower for a couple of days. Even on our last day, no hot water. I am a gold member, and never experienced anything like this.

I didn't get the room that I booked. The hall smelled like cigarettes smoke. The front desks didn't let me know that there was a change to my room until I got there and I had to wait for them to make the change, which caused us to be late for our event. And we had to make changes to our trip. I didn't enjoy my stay.
